On November 16, 2012, two Frama label stamps were issued in Austria with the theme "Country of Mountains", showing the “Dachstein” and the “Grossglockner”. Both stamps could only be dispensed together from the Frame label machine. The stamp image and "Austria" were pre-printed, the face value was added by means of thermal transfer printing.
However, the face value was printed slightly offset from the country name. Therefore, on November 29, 2012, a change was made and the country name and face value were printed together in alignment. Also the original punching was changed from 10 1/2 to 13 1/2. In addition, the Austrian Post gave away stamps to subscribers from the first edition without face value printed.
