Potschta

On June 23, 1945, was the so-called "Potschta" stamp sold for a few hours in Dresden post offices (ie A16, A20) eventually stopped by the Soviet occupation authorities. This legend has been nurtured for almost 70 years. A German study group's  (Deunot) periodical (72 of 2014) revealed unequivocally that the Potschta had never been sold at post offices. Therefore the stamp is an unissued and not withdrawn stamp. All stamps with cancellations are false since the postmarks have been applied fraudulently.
