Muhammad Yunus
On August 29, 2007 Bangladesh issued a stamp commemorating the 2006 Nobel Peace Prize winner Dr. Yunus. The stamp however depicted the wrong medal. In addition was the first name wrongly abbreviated with „Md.“. And the stamp only mentions „Nobel Prize“.
Therefore the stamp was withdrawn on September 2, 2007 and replaced by a version on September 9, 2007 depicting the correct medal, spelling the full first name „Muhammad“ and referring to the „Nobel Peace Prize“.
