Between July 31, 1967 and October 12, 1970, the Cook Islands issued a set of postage stamps themed "Flowers of the Cook Islands". The 4c stamp was dedicated to the Water Lily. However, the stamp read "Walter Lily" instead of "Water Lily". Therefore, the stamp with the "Walter Lily" was "replaced" by another stamp issue with correct inscription during 1967.
