On September 22, 2007, Pakistan issued a stamp commemorating the 1st Anniversary of the 3rd Meeting of the ECO Postal Authorities. The meeting was held in Ankara, Turkey from 19th to 21st September 2007. Three errors on the stamp triggered its later withdrawal. The country name “Pakistan” was missing, instead “I.R. Iran” was printed on the stamp, the face value showed both 650 Rials (Iranian currency) and 10 Rs. (Rupees, Pakistan currency). Also instead of 2007, 2006 was imprinted.
