On January 18, 1992, Vietnam issued a stamp commemorating the 700th birthday of scholar and poet Chu Van An . The stamp however talks about the “Day of death”. The text on the top part of the stamp translates to: "We celebrate the 700th Day of Death of Chu Van An (1292-1370)”. Therefore the stamp was withdrawn on March 17, 1992.
