The Congress of Slavic Archaeologists was supposed to be staged in the second half of 1990 in Prilep, a city in the Macedonian part of then Yugoslavia. An obligatory tax stamp was issued for this occasion to be used between October 18, 1990, and November 18, 1990, in the Macedonian part. The Congress was cancelled however due to political events. The stamp was allegedly in use for a few days before having been withdrawn.
